We stock and supply a comprehensive range of FRA-grade EPS blocks and sheets in various sizes, densities and fire-retardant specifications to meet the creative and technical demands of sculptors, construction managers, prop makers, scenic artists, special effects teams and model makers.
Our most popular EPS blocks are available ex-stock in standard sizes of 8ft x 4ft x 2ft, with higher-density grades and larger 16ft blocks available to order. Both white and grey material options are offered in densities from 15kg to 27kg/m³.
Bespoke Polystyrene Sheets
In addition to standard block sizes, we also cut custom EPS sheets to your exact thickness requirements using material from our master blocks. Whether you need thin sheets for laminating, cladding or backing, or thicker panels for build-ups and scenic layers, we can supply sheets in a wide range of grades and densities — cut precisely to suit your project.
