Fabricated Cold Boxes provide a lightweight, low-cost packaging option for the transportation of temperature sensitive products and can be custom manufactured to any size. Available in a range of insulation materials, (determined by the thermal performance you require), our fabricated cold boxes are usually supplied flat-packed to reduce shipping and storage space. However, they can be supplied already assembled (and glued) if required.
To create your own bespoke Fabricated Cold Box, we will work closely with you to establish the required internal dimensions ( L x W x H ) and wall thickness, the most suitable insulation material, and your outer box requirements, to achieve the necessary thermal performance for safety and security in transit.
