Excel Packaging manufactures standard and bespoke pallet boxes to your exact specifications, ideal for worldwide shipping of heavy items or the bulk packing of goods. Our tray, cap and sleeve pallet boxes can be supplied in several different formats:
- With or without a heat-treated timber pallet.
- Fully assembled and fixed to a standard UK, Euro or bespoke non-standard size wooden pallet.
- Part-assembled, with the sleeve folded to fit inside the assembled tray and cap and fixed to a standard UK, Euro or bespoke non-standard size wooden pallet.
- Un-assembled with the tray, cap and sleeve supplied flat, with or without a pallet.
Our pallet boxes can be manufactured in either 200KT/BC flute, 300KT/BC flute or heavy duty 530CA flute grades, or a mixture of these materials.
